Movies are like Twinkies

When you're a kid, the first time you eat it, it's amazing and you want to tell everyone to try it. Then you try it again later in life and are bitterly disappointed. That's how I felt about Once Upon a Time in Mexico. Thought it was epic, hilarious, genius, the first time. Maybe it was the thrill of watching it without permission or hanging with my brother that made it cool, but I watched it yesterday and honestly.....wow that sucked. The only redeemable quality from the entire film is Johnny Depp. His character is awesome, and I'd watch it again just for him.
